Finding your Voice, Being Heard, Setting Boundaries with Kindness and Compassion One Day Workshop

The journey of discovery to find your voice, to reacquaint yourself with your true nature, is an on going process.

This workshop is designed to give you both valuable aha moments and tools to take away with you the first time you do it and to deepen the process each time you repeat. The structure of the workshop remains the same (more of that later) but the content will always differ from one to another, because your fellow participant’s stories are different, your story has changed and the location and horses may be different.

What to Expect

Once you have registered we will contact you with a a questionnaire. Some of those questions are to help us create the best experience possible for you from a practical point of view. Dietary requirements, any allergies, your next of kin, that sort of thing. The most important part though is for you. The questions are designed to begin the process of self exploration. An opportunity for you to investigate, no matter what prompted you to enroll to start with, what is really important for you right now.

Conversation in the Paddock

Choose to Challenge is about calling out bias, bad behavior and challenging our own patterns that keep us tethered. It is about finding our voices, speaking up for others and for ourselves.

We invite you to join our conversation circle, supported by the horses. A safe facilitated environment to explore the themes that emerge and give voice to your thoughts.
